Memphis is a city that's been steeped in history, brewed in tradition, and distilled in stories. It has roots. A huge part of those roots are grounded in the Canale name. In the mid 1800's, Domenico Canale moved from Italy to Memphis to join his extended family in what must've been a wild culture shock. The rolling hills of Europe's boot gave way to the delta of the Mighty Mississippi. From Front Street, he pushed fruit carts and hustled his way into building a distribution empire in the MidSouth.

Today, his family is carrying on his name, bettering the city he helped build, and ensuring Memphis moves forward. Maybe that sounds hyperbolic? We'd disagree. Well, at the very least, they're making sure Memphians drink right.

We are honored to try to tell their story.
